JOSH COLE DESIGN           

My work encompasses the creative and strategic process that defines and influences the brand experience.

Over the past 20 years I have served in various roles. As a creative director I have had the great opportunity to work with and lead both small and medium size design teams from initial idea through execution. As an experience designer I have taken part in the research and distillation of user feedback as well as the facilitation of design thinking and agile methodologies. As a technologist I explore ways to leverage technology to further engage interaction. And at the intersection of these roles is where I have found brand affection, value and adoption.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, I am currently the UX Director for the fine folks at GS&F.

As a creative director I lead, nurture, grow, strategize, conceptualize and produce. As an experience designer I design product, events and environments with the research, users and culture clearly defining the lens by which design decisions are made. As a technologist I explore ways to leverage technology and development to further engage interaction. And at the intersection of these roles is where I push to build brand affection, deliver value and drive action.
